Help! I can't register or login!
If you can't register or login, it is likely that you are already registered in the system and you are using the wrong method to login with.
This means that you sign up with facebook, google, or ORCID. You need to sign in with those methods if you did so.
You cannot create a new account for this email.
If you do not want to sign up with google etc. and instead want to create an account with a password then you can contact us at hi@scite.ai and we can delete the old account for you.
For other issues, it is likely that something when wrong during the registration process please contact us at hi@scite.ai with the email you are trying to log in for so we can investigate
