Scite does not recognize premium IP address?
If you think you should have access to premium features because of your institution, your account should show as premium on your account settings.
If your account is still showing as 'free' make sure to double check that you are coming from a premium IP. One easy way to check this is by following this link.
Note that if you are not geographically located at an IP address listed by your institution then you will need to connect to scite via a VPN.
